Oilers Rumors: 3 Goalies Being Linked to Edmonton

In his most recent 32 Thoughts piece, Elliotte Friedman reported that the Edmonton Oilers have been linked to Jordan Binnington, Jake Allen, and Juuse Saros.

Seeing that the Oilers have been connected to so many goalies is not surprising in the slightest. The Oilers' season has been a disaster, and the main reason for it has been their atrocious goaltending. As a result, Jack Campbell was recently waived by the team, and Stuart Skinner has not been much better than the veteran. Thus, adding a goalie would be big for the Oilers.

Out of this trio, Saros would naturally be the biggest name if they added him, but Allen and Binnington would also give the Oilers an upgrade that they desperately need.

Alas, we will now need to wait and see if the Oilers end up getting any of these goalies from here. It is quite apparent that they need to make a move to better the position as soon as possible or their season may not be salvageable.
