Blues Rumors: More Big Changes Could Come St. Louis

The St. Louis Blues fired Craig Berube as their head coach earlier this week, and that may not be the last big change they make before the season is over. Defensemen Torey Krug and Colton Parayko are two players who reportedly could be moved before the upcoming trade deadline passes.

Krug and Parayko were two big names in the rumor mill for much of this past offseason. Krug notably rejected a trade to the Philadelphia Flyers, while Parayko was connected to several teams, but a move, of course, did not end up happening. However, with the Blues going through big changes and struggling, perhaps both players could be open to a change of scenery.

Teams looking for more offense from the point could call about Krug, while Parayko could get interest from clubs looking to bring in a top-four, right-shot defenseman. We will now need to wait and see if either of these two players finds new homes before the season is over from here.
