Nashville Predators Forward Placed On Waivers
The Nashville Predators have placed forward Liam Foudy on waivers.
Foudy is no stranger to being placed on waivers, as the Predators claimed him through the waiver wire from the Columbus Blue Jackets earlier this season. Now he is right back on the wire, and teams around the league have the chance to claim him.
Foudy is a former first-round pick who has had trouble cementing himself as a full-time NHL player. However, when noting that he still has good upside, there could be a team out there willing to take a shot on him. This is especially so if they are dealing with injuries.
In 13 games this season split between the Blue Jackets and Predators, Foudy has three assists to go along with a minus-2 rating.
We will now need to wait and see if Foudy finds a new home on waivers. If not, he will be joining the Milwaukee Admirals in the AHL.
