Oilers Provide Injury Update for Dylan Holloway
While speaking with reporters, Edmonton Oilers head coach Kris Knoblauch shared that forward Dylan Holloway will be out until after Christmas.
There was some hope that he was nearing his return, but now this update from Knoblauch shows that the young forward will, unfortunately, need more time before returning to the lineup.
Holloway has not played for over a month due to a knee injury. In 14 games this season, the former first-round pick has one goal to go along with a minus-3 rating. It has been a very slow start to the youngster's season, so he will be looking to heat up once he is back in the lineup after Christmas.
We will now need to wait and see how much more time Holloway ends up missing from here. Here's to hoping that he is 100% right when the Oilers return from the holiday break.
