Ducks Rumors: 5 Potential Landing Spots Named for Adam Henrique
The Anaheim Ducks are ready to be sellers at the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline. It is understandable, as they are among the worst teams in the NHL and are rebuilding. As a result, all of their pending unrestricted free agents (UFAs) are expected to be made available, and Adam Henrique is one of them.
Henrique is a solid middle-six forward with plenty of NHL experience, so he should get a good amount of attention from playoff teams at the trade deadline. In a recent article for The Bleacher Report, Lyle Richardson listed the Boston Bruins, Colorado Avalanche, Dallas Stars, Vancouver Canucks, and Winnipeg Jets as all potential landing spots for Henrique.
All five of these NHL teams are currently definite playoff teams, as they are the top of the NHL standings. Because of this, they will all be buyers, and it certainly would make sense for them to take a shot on a veteran forward like Henrique.
It is also important to note that each of these teams could use some help down the middle, so they are absolutely standing out as possible suitors for Henrique. He would be a solid addition, as he would fit on either their second line or third line if acquired by one of these teams.
We will now need to wait and see if any of these five teams end up landing Henrique before the deadline passes from here.
