Insider Lists 10 Potential Suitors for Ducks' Adam Henrique
The Anaheim Ducks are going to be one of the NHL's most notable sellers at the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline. It has been another tough year for the rebuilding club, and they have some solid trade assets which they can part ways with.
One of their top trade candidates is pending UFA Adam Henrique. He is an experienced middle-six center who is having a fantastic season at the perfect time, so he should be a hot commodity in the trade market. Due to this, in a recent article for Daily Faceoff, Frank Seravalli listed the Boston Bruins, Colorado Avalanche, Dallas Stars, Edmonton Oilers, Florida Panthers, New Jersey Devils, New York Rangers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Vancouver Canucks, and Winnipeg Jets all as potential suitors for Henrique.
When noting that Henrique is on an expiring contract, it makes sense that so many clubs could make a push for him over these next few weeks. Each of the teams listed above certainly would benefit by adding to their center depth and bringing in a skilled player like Henrique would certainly do just that.
Henrique, 33, has been excellent this campaign, as he has 15 goals and 32 points in 48 games played. Along with that, his play is only getting better as of late, as he has 13 points over his last 11 games.
We will now need to wait and see where Henrique ends up landing from here, but it is clear that he would be a solid fit for any of the 10 teams listed above.
