Penguins Rumors: 3 Potential Landing Spots for Tristan Jarry

It has been an immensely disappointing season for the Pittsburgh Penguins, and it is starting to seem like that they will be sellers at the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline. Because of this, star goaltender Tristan Jarry has been picking up a lot of steam in the rumor mill as of late. As a result, let's go over three clubs who could acquire him before the deadline passes.

Los Angeles Kings: It is not a secret that the Kings could use a legitimate number-one goaltender. Cam Talbot has struggled a bit after his hot start to the season, while David Rittich is more of a third-string goalie at this stage of his career. As a result, Jarry is a goaltender whom they could look at it. He would be their long-term starter if successfully acquired.

Ottawa Senators: When the Ottawa Senators signed Joonas Korpisalo this past offseason, they thought they found their long-term starter. However, Korpisalo is having a brutal first season in Ottawa, and the club has been browsing the trade market for goaltending because of it. With Jarry now available, Ottawa is surely going to consider him.

Calgary Flames: If the Calgary Flames trade Jacob Markstrom to another tea before the deadline, they certainly could circle toward Jarry as a potential replacement for him. The Flames are looking to remain competitive even as sellers, so bringing in a goalie with term like Jarry may be appealing to them.
