Vegas Golden Knights Make Roster Moves
With the Vegas Golden Knights returning to game action tomorrow night (Feb. 6) against the Edmonton Oilers, they have made a few changes to their roster. The reigning Stanley Cup champs have called up Brendan Brisson, Jonas Rondbjerg, and Sheldon Rempal to their NHL roster. Along with that, the club has announced that Daniil Miromanov has returned from his conditional loan down in the AHL.
Brisson, 22, has appeared in four games with the Golden Knights this season, where he has a goal to go along with a minus-2 rating. The 2020 first-round pick will now be looking to make a big impact now that he is getting another chance with the NHL squad. In 39 games this season with the Henderson Silver Knights, he has 12 goals and 26 points.
Rondbjerg has also seen time with the NHL squad this season, as he has one goal to go along with three points and a plus-4 rating in 14 games.
When with the NHL squad this season, Rempal has been impactful, as he has two goals in four games played. He will be looking to keep his scoring touch going now that he is back with Vegas.
As for Miromanov, he has not played with the Golden Knights since Dec. 31 due to injury. In 14 games this season, he has two goals to go along with six points.
We will need to wait and see how impactful these four end up being for the Golden Knights from here.
