Coyotes Rumors: Lawson Crouse Generating Interest

The Arizona Coyotes are preparing to be sellers at the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline. Players like Jason Zucker and Matt Dumba have been discussed quite frequently in the rumor mill because of it.

Yet, it now appears that another notable Coyotes forward has been getting some attention around the league, as NHL insider David Pagnotta reported that teams have been calling Arizona about forward Lawson Crouse. He also noted that Nick Bjugstad and Alex Kerfoot are garnering interest as well.

Crouse is no stranger to the rumor mill, as the power forward has been heavily pursued by clubs for several seasons now. It is not surprising in the slightest, as he is not only a physical forward with size, but he also contributes well offensively along with it. As a result, he would be a massive addition for a playoff club.

The Coyotes are not in a position where they need to move Crouse, as he is under contract until the completion of the 2026-27 season. However, if they wanted to take advantage of his high trade value, now would be the perfect time.

Crouse has appeared in 61 games this season with the Coyotes, where he has 20 goals to go along with 33 points and 134 hits.
