Penguins Rumors: 3 Possible Suitors for Noel Acciari
The Pittsburgh Penguins are gearing up to be sellers at the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline. Several of their players have come up in the rumor mill because of it, and one of them is forward Noel Acciari. When noting that he is a solid bottom-six forward with plenty of playoff experience, there should be a market for him. Let’s go over three teams who could try to land him now.
New York Rangers: The New York Rangers are looking to add to their bottom six before the deadline passes, and this is especially the case when it comes to the center position. The Nick Bonino experiment did not work, and he had his contract was terminated. Acciari would be a good addition to their roster because of this.
Colorado Avalanche: The Colorado Avalanche are looking to strengthen their bottom six before the trade deadline passes. They could use a bit more physicality, especially for the playoffs, and he would provide them with just that if acquired. With that, he would also give them another option for their penalty kill.
Florida Panthers: The Florida Panthers could also look to bring in Acciari. He is a familiar face, as he played there for three seasons. With the Panthers needing a bit more forward depth in their bottom six, there could be a good match here.
