Senators' Josh Norris Done for the Season
It has been a truly awful season for the Ottawa Senators. They were expected to make a real push for a playoff spot this campaign but instead have been one of the worst teams in the league again. Now, more tough news has been sent their way.
As reported by NHL insider Bruce Garrioch, Senators star center Josh Norris had surgery this past week and will miss the rest of the 2023-24 season because of it.

While speaking to reporters, Senators interim head coach Jacques Martin provided a positive update regarding this otherwise unfortunate news. The Sens bench boss had this to say about Norris: "On the positive side for me, there's enough time for him to be able to start at training camp (next season). At least it gives him some time to rehabilitate properly.”
