Philadelphia Flyers forward Scott Laughton generated a lot of trade buzz leading up to the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline. The veteran forward ended up staying put, but he should continue to garner interest around the NHL once the offseason is here. Let's go over three teams who could look to add him now.

Colorado Avalanche: The Colorado Avalanche were involved in the Laughton sweepstakes leading up to the deadline, and they could look to try to add him again. There is no question that he would give their middle six a nice boost, which is a need for them.

Edmonton Oilers: The Edmonton Oilers have been connected to Laughton numerous times, and that is likely to continue over the summer. He would be a nice addition to their top nine and work especially well on their penalty kill if acquired.

Buffalo Sabres: The Buffalo Sabres need a third-line center, and Laughton could be the perfect addition to their group. Besides giving them more offense, Laughton would also be a good player for them to add because of his leadership and physical style of play.
