The 22-year-old Perfetti was the 10th overall selection in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. This season, he's posted 17 goals and 19 assists for 36 total points across 70 games played.
Over his three years in the NHL, Perfetti has amassed 27 goals and 46 assists for 73 total points over 139 games played.
With the Flames eyeing some big moves to bolster their roster, the allure of Perfetti and Frost lies in their potential to contribute immediately while offering long-term value.

The 24-year-old Frost was the 24th overall selection in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft. This season, he's put up 13 goals and 41 total points across 70 games played.
Over his five-year NHL career, Frost has 39 goals and 71 assists for 110 total points across 228 games played.
