Wild Rumors: 3 Possible Landing Spots for Marco Rossi

The Minnesota Wild could be in for a big offseason after an underwhelming 2023-24 season. One player who has generated some buzz in the rumor mill is Marco Rossi. The young center has a bright future, but the Wild could be open to moving him for the right price. Thus, let's discuss three teams who could target him this summer.

Montreal Canadiens: The Montreal Canadiens will look to add to their forward group this offseason. With the club still rebuilding, there's no question that a young forward with good upside like Rossi could grab their attention. He would give their forward group a big boost if acquired. 

Calgary Flames: The Calgary Flames are another club that could consider making a push for Rossi. With the club retooling, there is no question that they could use a bit more impactful young forwards. As a result, if Rossi is officially shopped by the Wild, they could make sense as a landing spot. 

Washington Capitals: The Washington Capitals are going to need to improve down the middle this offseason. Because of this, they could be a club in the mix for Rossi. He could find success playing in their top six and give them much-needed offense.
