Penguins Rumors: 3 Free Agents to Target This Offseason

Welcome to NHL Trade Rumors' 2024 Free-Agent Targets series. During it, we will be discussing three pending unrestricted free agents that each team should aim to sign.

In this latest edition of the series, the Pittsburgh Penguins will be the team of focus.

Max Domi: Max Domi could be a player who grabs the Penguins' attention this offseason. They could use a bit more production from their middle six, and Domi would give them that. He also offers great versatility, being able to play both center and on the wing. This and his gritty style of play would make him a big addition to the Pens' lineup.

Teuvo Teravainen: Teuvo Teravainen would also be a nice addition to the Penguins' roster. He would fit into their top six and could find great success playing with either Sidney Crosby or Evgeni Malkin as his center. Teravainen can put the puck in the net and is good at setting up his teammates.

William Carrier: The Penguins should focus on adding a bit more bite to their bottom six. Because of this, a hard-nosed winger like William Carrier should grab their attention. When playing at his best, he also can chip in some decent secondary scoring and also works on the penalty kill.
