Video: Penguins' Sidney Crosby drops the gloves with Jets' Kyle Connor

A rare scene on Friday night as Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby dropped the gloves with Winnipeg Jets' forward Kyle Connor.

The fight happened in the third period of Friday's contest after Connor delivered a reverse hit, that pissed off the Penguins' legend. Crosby immediately went after Connor to showcase his displeasure.

Crosby was also called for a cross-check on the player, and received a five-minute major for fighting, as did Connor. The Jets forward didn't have any fights to his name before Friday's tilt, meanwhile Crosby has nine fights according to HockeyFights.com.

"We're not taking shit from anybody," Connor said after the contest, according to Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press
