Tocchet also added that they will see how Chytil feels over the next 48 hours before determining if he will join the Canucks' on their upcoming six-game road trip.
Chytil, 25, was injured during the Canucks' March 15 contest against the Chicago Blackhawks after receiving a hit from behind from Chicago Blackhawks forward Jason Dickinson. Immediately following the hit, Chytil was in clear discomfort and went to the Canucks' room. Dickinson did not receive a penalty or any discipline from NHL Player Safety for the hit.
Given Chytil's concussion history, it is undoubtedly concerning that the 2017 first-round pick is back in protocol.

Chytil was acquired by the Canucks from the New York Rangers as a part of the J.T. Miller trade back in January. In 15 games with the Canucks since the trade, Chytil has two goals, six points, and a minus-11 rating. This is after he had 11 goals, 20 points, and a plus-4 rating in 41 contests with the Rangers before the trade.
In 393 career NHL games split between New York and Vancouver, Chytil has 77 goals, 170 points, and a minus-18 rating.
