NHL Trade Rumors: 3 Potential Trade Destinations For Rangers' K'Andre Miller
The New York Rangers' 2024-25 season has been a complete nightmare, and they won't be in the postseason because of it. With this, there is a good chance that the Original Six club will be making changes to their roster this summer.
K'Andre Miller is one Ranger to keep an eye on this offseason, as he was in the rumor mill leading up to the deadline. Because of this, let's go over three teams who could look to acquire him this offseason now.
San Jose Sharks
The Sharks need to improve their blueline if they hope to be more competitive in 2025-26. This is certainly the case when it comes to their left side, too, so they could be a team to watch when it comes to Miller. He would fit nicely in their top four, and at 25 years old, he is still young enough for a rebuilding Sharks team looking to take that next step.
Calgary Flames
The Flames have taken a nice step forward this season, but it is clear that they should be looking to improve the left side of their defense this offseason. Bringing in a blueliner like Miller would do just that, as he would boost their top four if acquired. When looking at their left side, he could even be a fit on their top pairing with MacKenzie Weegar.
Minnesota Wild
The Wild could use some help on their blueline, so they could also be a potential suitor for Miller. If acquired, he would give the Wild another top-four defenseman to work with and would also be an option for both their power play and penalty kill if acquired.
