Video: Blues' Tyler Tucker Suffers Ugly-Looking Injury In Game 4
The biggest story of Game 4 between the St. Louis Blues and Winnipeg Jets on Sunday was the Blues' second-period three-goal burst that led to a 5-1 victory. But the lingering narrative will be what the status is of Tyler Tucker, who suffered an ugly-looking injury on the end boards.
Awful look. Tyler Tucker right leg buckles after getting tangled up from Brandon Tanev. Hope it’s nothing serious#GoJetsGo: 1#stlblues: 5 pic.twitter.com/wVfCFcPlE8

Yikes. The knee and leg are just not meant to bend that way.
Tucker's right leg buckled in injury along the boards
The young defenseman was injured with just over four minutes left in the game. He went down awkwardly in the corner as his right leg buckled as he fell backwards. He remained on the ice writhing in pain, and couldn't put any weight on it as he was helped off.
It was quite the rollercoaster day for Tucker, who just one period earlier registered his first Stanley Cup Playoff goal on a blast from the point.
We've got another first career #StanleyCup Playoffs goal! 🎉

His goal turned out to be the game-winner.
Blues head coach won't speculate on severity of Tucker's injury
Blues head coach Jim Montgomery said after the game that he had no update on Tucker's injury. "We'll have more tomorrow," was all he would say.
Tucker, the 25-year-old former 7th-round selection in the NHL Draft, didn't dress for Game 1 of the series, but was inserted into the lineup for Game 2, and has become an integral part of the St. Louis blueline over the past couple of games. The injury is terrible timing for the youngster.
Veteran Ryan Suter, who has been a scratch the past two games, will likely be called back into duty if Tucker is unable to play in Game 5 on Wednesday.
The Blues and Jets are now tied at 2-2 in their first-round series.
